Days 130 - 137 // 365 2015

Day 130 - Wrapping orders is pretty fun.



Day 131 - "Jesus therefore advised: "Stop being anxious." " Wow, thanks Jesus, I can't believe I've never thought of that before. Also, about to fall off a waterfall in a canoe isn't anxiety. That's actual fear because you're about to die a horrible death.



Day 132 - Work fuel.



Day 133 - Always a nice surprise when this falls though the letterbox.



Day 134 - Sprinkles finger = good work snack.

Day 136 - Seriously this film is just wow. So much. So much wow.



Day 137 - I almost missed another day but I had taken this photo on my phone while out in the rain because I liked the colours.

Days 121 - 129 // 365 2015

Day 121 - Bernard, eater of books and haver of petal fangs.

Day 125 - I've never used watercolour tubes before but thought I'd give it a go with white because I use a lot of it and to get a decent amount with pans ends up really watery. (I totally don't watercolour 'properly')



Day 126 - On my desk. Lotta love for Sarah Millican.



Day 127 - You might think this is a 'bad' photo but it's an accurate portrayal of how I feel after getting tattooed (even if it's only a small amount of line work). How I feel after getting tattooed is 'unable to take good photos' apparently.



Day 128 - Fancy box is fancy.

Just Play With The Box

For almost 3 weeks I have been without a computer. I'm not dramatic enough to say it was the worst 3 weeks of my life, but, ya know. Thank glob for smartphones.
Anyway, we now once again have a computer and it's actually lucky our hand was forced into buying a new one because our old computer was very old and didn't really work. And then it actually didn't work. But this one does work and although it's still confusing me with it's newness (hi Windows 8.1) I love it. It's all quiet. And works.
I'm off to edit and scan 3 weeks worth of stuff. And watch Eurovision.

Days 112 - 120 // 365 2015

Day 112 - My new patch/name.



Day 113 - This little bear that hangs out in our garden makes me smile.



Day 114 - I made Will a cake because he works real hard and deserves cake.



Day 115 - Crochet kitty cat, part of a stock request for The Jade Tree.



Day 116 - I'm trying my hand at yoga. I've had various very lame attempts at it in the past but I think I've fallen in love with it this time. I found Yoga with Adriene (she's great) and have been practising the Yoga for Complete Beginners. After a week I went and got myself a mat and my downward dog thanked me for it, no more slippy hands. I've been taking photos so I can see if I'm progressing (but you can't see those, ha!) and I think I already am after only two weeks. I'm really excited about moving on to crazy poses and getting super flexy strong. One step at a time though.



Day 117 - Lightboxing some hang tags on our super dirty about to die lightbox.



Day 118 - Having an open bag of pretzels in the kitchen has been very important to me this week.



Day 119 - Will re-dyed my hair for me and I was very pleased about it.



Day 120 - We celebrated our 9th anniversary by making chocolate/marshmallow popcorn and then eating chocolate/marshmallow popcorn while watching 20,000 Days on Earth and then taking a very sleepy very attractive photo of ourselves.

Day Out!

On Monday we actually both took the same day off and spent some actual time with each other. The whole day in fact. I can't remember the last time we both didn't work all day on the same day. We'd set aside a bit of money and decided to head out into the world for a lovely time.



We tried on glasses at the vintage market and I bought myself a name patch for my jacket that says Harold.



We had a picnic and let everyone in Marks and Spencer know we didn't really belong there by being surprised and excited to find things like tiny brie and laughing when they gave us side eye.



Will took me to a second hand bookshop I'd not been in and we bought a book of Japanese myths. We also went to another awesome bookshop and got a little 80p book of Viking epic.



We found out that Bernard likes Parsley.



And made an aubergine friend.

Obviously this post wouldn't be complete without a gif of Will licking a houmous lid.

Days 104 - 111 // 365 2015

Day 104 - His confused look of 'why am I no longer being scratched?'



Day 105 - Yup.



Day 106 - Shark comb! 50p shark comb!



Day 107 - Bernard gets too hot too fast. He is my spirit animal.



Day 108 - Working on a stock request for The Jade Tree.



Day 109 - Spring is well and truly springing.



Day 110 - I was in the worst mood. Ignore the window dirt (I think the lens is dirty too. Dirt party.)



Day 111 - See my natural modelling skills. I bought this shirt a few months ago and I still love it so so much. The drawing is perfect, the shirt is comfy and the print is super quality, which she does herself. She being Mia Hawk who's Etsy shop you can find here.

Days 97 - 103 // 365 2015

Day 97 - I love libraries. I love it when people add in the due date even though it's all do it yourself and these pages don't really get used now. Why did this person feel the need to have their book back by 6.30pm?



Day 98 - Sketchbook painting at my desk. Always smudging wet work.



Day 99 - Even Bernard isn't super cute all the time. (Ha! He's actually totally gross most of the time.) I had no idea his mouth was open when I took that photo. It was the best surprise. Such a little monster.



Day 100 - Yolandi wip.



Day 101 - Best at making notes. Also best at accidental pen/cup coordination.



Day 102 - Liking the lichen.



Day 103 - I had taken this photo of the cats I'd made earlier in the day and then got in bed and realised I hadn't actually taken a 365 photo so thought I'd just add my face to this and be done with it. Once I'm in bed, I ain't getting back out but also want the photos to sit nice and landscape on here.
